The surgery room does not have to be equipped
with separate TV- and computer monitors. This creates a
functional working environment without clutter.
The unit-integrated 15" flat LCD monitor
with high SVGA resolution is comparable to a 17"
conventional tube monitor. The screen can be positioned in
an optimum way to give access to information in a way that
is easy for the neck and eyes also during treatment. The
image is geometrically absolutely correct and flickerless
and the full scan TFT screen gives an edge-to-edge image.
The information is provided to the screen by
the computer which can share information needs beyond
digital imaging. Dental Records, Practice Management,
Patient Information and new evolving communication program
modules can all be controlled by one computer.
Intraoral video imaging is part of the
information technology system at the surgery and it may be
integrated into the patient record software. All the imaging
applications, including digital radiography, have easy
uniform operation.
